Established in 1895, Torbay Voluntary Service is a local charity whose mission is to help local people by promoting, developing and supporting voluntary activity in Torbay

VOLUNTEERING

We promote and up-date the National Volunteering Database
www.do-it.org.uk with current volunteering opportunities in Torbay.
We signpost potential volunteers to VCS organisations in the Bay who are actively seeking to recruit new volunteers by directing them to that site.
We promote volunteering opportunities and raise awareness of the benefits of volunteering.
We promote good practice in working with volunteers.

MEETING ROOMS

Suitable for Training, Committee meetings, Informal gatherings, etc. We can accommodate groups of around 15 - 20. (Ground floor rooms are wheelchair accessible)

We provide advice and information to voluntary groups and organisations on such things as
