Torbay Voluntary Service is a council for voluntary service formed  and run by local voluntary and community groups.
Torbay Voluntary Service helps local groups help local people by promoting, developing and supporting voluntary activity in Torbay.

TVS is the only local charity providing support to voluntary and community groups in Torbay.
